Power Skating:

Pro Edge is a power skating and aggressive agility skating clinic that provides athletes with a new and unique way to train hockey players to become quicker, more diverse skaters both with and without the puck.  This European style training utilizes obstacles such as nets to challenge athletes to really use their "edges" while learning to maximize their skating stride.

Every athlete in this clinic will be challenged to elevate their personal skill level and comfort zones.  OVERSPEED is designed for the hockey player that wants to elevate their skating stride and use of edges!

SKILL LEVEL:

HIGHLIGHTS:

** 50 minute sessions/day

Stickhandling:

Stickhandling will focus on the dynamics of stickhandling (toe drags, fakes, dekes, toe pulls and many more) and the proper use of using their edges (skate blades) while stickhandling at a very high, competitive rate!

Our program is dedicated to not only improve their stickhandling, but to improve while having FUN!

Lastly, our program will help your athlete learn how to handle the puck through good, quality instruction and repetition!

Shooting & Scoring:

Making a great shot is one of the joys of this awesome game, especially when you score!  I have developed a program for your athlete, that would like to become a better and more prolific shooter/scorer.

Here is a "snapshot" of what your athlete will work on:

**Stationary, and in-motion wrist shots, snap shot, slap shot, back hand, hand placement, weight transfer, follow through, quick releases, one timers, deflections, rebounds, screens and breakaways.
